1How does the process work?
Tell us the product you want to buy on Myntra. Complete your loan application and we provide you with a voucher code which you can use on Myntra for shopping. The voucher amount can be paid back to us in EMI’s later.
2What documents will be required to complete the loan process?
Mandatory information required to apply for ZestMoney EMI
- Aadhaar number
- Employment information which includes monthly income & expenses
- Signed NACH (scan or a high quality photo)
No other documents required if you
- do eKYC using Aadhaar and
- verify income using secure Netbanking login
Can’t do eKYC using Aadhaar?
You can upload ID and address proof like Aadhaar card, Passport, Driving License, etc.
Can’t verify income using Netbanking?
You can upload last 3 months bank statement including the current month. We do not accept images or scanned copy of passbooks.
3How much time will this process take?
Once we receive all the required documents, your ZestMoney EMI application will be reviewed within 24 working hours and the status will be shared with you. You will get your Myntra voucher code via mail within few hours of approval
4How can I repay the EMI amount?
Repayment of the EMI amount will happen via NACH. The due date for the first EMI will be 30 days from the date of approval. The EMIs will start from the day of voucher creation whether you use it to buy anything immediately or not.
